Attendee(s) acknowledges that by ordering tickets and attending the 
Yo Momma Don't Dance. Com events that the hosts, Franklin & Sherry Radoff, are not responsible for any illness, physical or emotional injury arising from or because of the activities conducted at any of their events. Dancing can be a strenuous event and the attendee(s) should consult their physician before engaging in such activity. Yo Momma reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone. The attendee(s) assumes all of the risks of illness, physical or emotional injury by attending Yo Momma Don't Dance. Com events.  In addition, the hosts are not to be held responsible for any loss of property in or outside of the event or damage to or loss of any property left at any of Yo Momma Don't Dance. Com events. Should any disputes arise, for any reason, they shall be arbitrated by a neutral arbitrator, Darryl Graver, an attorney/arbitrator, and any award of that arbitrator shall be binding on all parties without right to appeal the arbitrators decision. The signing party is aware that he or she is waiving their right to a judge or jury trial by submitting any your dispute to arbitration. Arbitration of this matter shall be conducted in the County of Los Angeles, State of California and all issues based upon the laws in California. Each party is to pay one-half of any and all fees required of Mr. Graver’s. The California Rules of Discovery shall apply. Failure to pay the arbitrator’s fees in a timely manner shall place the non-paying party in default and the non-defaulting party may proceed to arbitration and have the matter heard as a default prove-up. The arbitrator final award may then be entered in the Superior Court having jurisdiction over this matter. The defaulting party further waives notice of the default arbitration hearing and waives his or her rights to be present at the arbitration if he or she has defaulted as above-mentioned.
